Navotas LGU suspends vaccination due to inclement weather

The Navotas City government has cancelled the vaccination against COVID-19 in all vaccination sites due to inclement weather and flooding caused by severe tropical storm “Jolina.”

According to the LGU’s Facebook post, it will only accommodate individuals who are already on the site before the announcement was made.

“Tatapusin lang po ang pagbabakuna ng mga indibidwal na nasa site na (we will just finish vaccinating the individuals who are already on the site),” it said.

“Kanselado po ang pagbabakuna natin ngayon sa Tanza Elementary school dahil sa pagbaha sa nasabing paaralan (Our vaccination in Tanza Elementary school was canceled today due to flooding in the school) it added.

The local government said that it will make further announcements regarding the re-scheduling of the appointments that were cancelled.
