276 passers in August and September 2021 Veterinarian Licensure Examination

More than 270 individuals passed the August and September 2021 Veterinarian Licensure Examination.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday, Sept. 8 announced that 276 out of 720 passed the said examination given by the Board of Veterinary Medicine in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Koronadal, Legazpi and Tuguegarao.

The successful examinees who garnered the 10 highest places in the said examination are the following:

Meanwhile, the PRC said the registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online from Sept. 20 to 23, 2021.

"Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration," it said in a Facebook post.

Those who will register were asked to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), two pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), two sets of documentary stamps and one piece short brown envelope.

PRC said successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

As for the date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees, the Commission said, this will be announced later.
