Famous "Whamonette" couple confirms that they're indeed an item

They met on TikTok!

There's a new social media couple that's creating buzz online and that's Whamos Cruz and Antonette Gail del Rosario. With over 10.5 million followers on TikTok doing his dance moves, he created dance duet videos which led him to meet his girlfriend Antonette who has over 1.5 million followers on TikTok.

To those who are familiar with Whamos, his claim to fame was auditioning for Idol Philippines in 2019. The YouTube video has garnered over 15 million views to date. He has now moved on to creating videos on TikTok.

According to the interview on Jessica Soho's show, Antonette kept dancing to the dance challenges of Whamos, eventually leading to an online courtship. The end of the three-month "ligaw" is Whamos visiting Antonette in her home which included a swab test to get inside the house. And the rest, as they say, was history.

But netizens couldn't help but pass judgement on the couple. Whamos, who is a single dad, cleared things over on his YouTube account (of over 296,000 subscribers in barely 1 week), that he and his ex-partner are in good terms.

But what got the public's attention was Whamos' physical attributes that aren't at par with the beautiful Antonette.

According to the interview, Antonette prioritized personality over looks, but she also fell in love with Whamos' smile.
