The first homegrown milk tea brand of Morong, Rizal, Tea Talk, celebrated its sophomore year in the food industry as a brand and a franchise with great regards to its humble beginnings, gratitude to its supporters and customers, and a clear vision towards countless possibilities in the future.

Started as a small dream, Tea Talk owners Ghie and Jerry Pangilinan flew all the way to Taiwan to explore and learn how to create a new and authentic milk tea for the market.

While the process is not for the faint-hearted, Ghie and Jerry Pangilinan painstakingly developed their brand and business approach.

“Sabi nga, sugal ang negosyo. Pero once na tutukan n'yo, pag-aralan n'yo before n'yo pasukin, 99 percent na magwawagi kayo sa laban na ito,” founder Jerry Pangilinan confers.

Consistently putting in the time, effort, and resources, they have finally introduced the first-ever Tea Talk branch to their hometown back in 2019.

In two years, Tea Talk now has over 200 employees and a total of 29 branches nationwide.

Tea Talk also flourished fruitful partnerships as a franchise with celebrities and influencers such as Anna Cay(beauty & lifestyle vlogger), Viy Cortez (social media celebrity), couple Camille Trinidad and Jayzam Manabatpopularly known as ‘Jamill’ (vloggers), and couple Neri and Chito Miranda (famous celebrities).

Tea Talk is also endorsed by comedian and TV host, Vice Ganda, and actress and socialite, Heart Evangelista. “Sa journey na ito, mahirap, pero sa tulong ng mga staff, hindi ko ito magagawa nang wala sila. Nagpapasalamat ako sa lahat ng staff at endorsers,” says owner Ghie Pangilinan.

Furthermore, in commitment to continuously grow and to provide not just excellent products but also livelihood to fellow Filipinos, Tea Talk recently opened its head office and commissary that will serve as a new home to more opportunities and upcoming food ventures.

As part of the month-long 2nd-anniversary celebration, Tea Talk introduced additional new products for customers to enjoy: Snackish Chips with four different flavors (sour and cream, chili lime, barbeque, and cheese), Sausage and Waffles yummy combo, Creamy Butter Milk Tea featuring Lotus Biscoff biscuits, and Tea Talk Hot Milk Tea perfect for the rainy season.
