Didal hands packed lunch to homeless in Cebu

After a memorable Olympic stint, skateboarding icon Margielyn Didal handed out packed lunch to street kids and the homeless in her hometown Cebu City.

In a new video posted on her Youtube channel titled "The Margie Program 01," Didal and her company can be seen giving away food as they roamed around the streets of Cebu.

The one-minute teaser also showed Didal and her family preparing the food at their home, serving lumpiang shanghai and pancit.

This marks Didal's side hustle outside of the sport after vowing to give back to the skateboarding community when she competed in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics months ago last July.

"Big thanks to my mom for cooking, to my gf and friends (Insomy Crew) for helping," wrote the 22-year-old Didal on Instagram.

Recently, Didal also modeled for apparel brand H&M and handpicked some wears for her "The Skate Drop" collection.

Didal placed seventh in the women's street final in the 2020 Tokyo Games.
