Jose Mari R. Abacan selected jury for Venice TV Award 2021

GMA Network’s First Vice President for Program Management Department Jose Mari R. Abacan was among the top-class media experts chosen to be part of the esteemed online jury at this year’s prestigious Venice TV Award.

Celebrating the masterpieces of television, the event gathered innovative leaders that encourage creativity from different places in the world to determine the work that sets the standard for creativity across the industry.

Abacan selected winners for the TV Series and Light Entertainment categories from the 29 countries that joined, determining those underlining the continued – and growing – global appeal of TV.

The event was launched as a tribute to and celebration of television, increasing national and international recognition for both producers and broadcasters who create high-quality output.
