Fire hits residential building in Quezon City

A fire broke out in an 8-storey residential building early Friday on Bonny Serrano Ave. Barangay Bagong Lipunan ng Crame, Quezon City.

According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Public Information Office, the fire reached the 1st alarm at around 12:05 a.m. and was declared under control at around 12:42 a.m.

Firefighters declared fire out at 1:05 a.m.

Three persons experienced difficulty in breathing and was immediately given medical attention.

The estimated damage to property was estimated at P320,000.

Investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the fire.
