PRC: 134 passers in Sept 2021 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination

A total of 134 individuals passed the September 2021 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said Wednesday.

PRC said the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination was given by the Board of Real Estate Service in Manila, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi and Tacloban.

The results were released in five working days after the said examination.

The successful examinees who garnered the 10 highest places in the said examination are the following:

The PRC meantime, said that the registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online from Oct. 28 to 29, 2021.

"Pease go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration," it said.

Those who will register, the PRC said, are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission, two pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), two sets of documentary stamps and one piece short brown envelope.

PRC said all registrants are required to submit an original copy of Surety Bond for three years (with certificate of good standing from the Insurance Commission), minimum amount of which is P 20,000 with the Commission as Obligee.

"For government employees, no Surety Bond is required, but instead, submission of a notarized original Certificate of Employment showing that such appraiser license is an eligibility requirement of his or her employment from their respective offices," it said.

PRC said successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

As to the date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination, the Commission said, this will be announced later.
