FINAL PREDICTIONS: Miss Universe Philippines 2021

Popular pageant expert Norman Tinio makes his final predictions for this year's Miss Universe Philippines beauty pageant.

Twenty-eight candidates will vie for the prestigious title of Miss Universe Philippines 2021! The winner will represent the Philippines at the 2021 Miss Universe Competition in Israel in December!

Rabiya Mateo will crown her successor at the end of the competition, which will take place in Bohol on Sept. 30.

Tinio came up with the names above based on a combination of their performances during the Pre-recorded Preliminaries, various social media guestings, virtual challenges (including the Tourism videos plus interviews), and a personal assessment on their chances of doing well during the enhanced Finals at the Henann Resort Convention Center.
