According to a memorandum released by UE President Ester Garcia, only asynchronous classes must be held during the two-day academic break, but quizzes and submission of activities are not allowed.

In August, Garcia issued a memorandum regarding the approved academic break after every major examination for the tertiary and graduate school levels for the academic year 2021-2022.

Meanwhile, Colegio de San Juan de Letran will also implement a two-day academic rest from Oct. 1 to 2 (elementary and junior high school), Oct. 7 to 8 (senior high school), and Oct. 9 to 11 (college).

No synchronous and asynchronous activities will be held during these dates.
