Popular pageant expert Norman Tinio of normannorman.com shared his top 10 picks for candidates who stood out during the preliminaries of the Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Competition, aired on Sunday, Sept. 26.

"Consistency in both segments helped them shine in my eyes," said Tinio on Facebook.

Tinio was referring to the swimsuit and evening wear segments of the preliminaries.

The grand coronation of the Miss Universe Philippines 2021 beauty pageant will be held in Bohol on Thursday, Sept. 30.

This year's winner will represent the Philippines at the 2021 Miss Universe Competition in Israel.
