NOBODY'S PERFECT: Kim Chiu apologizes for 'Psalm 3:16' error

Kim Chiu has been going viral.

In fact, she has become a favorite meme subject.

Remember when she kept on falling during performances on "ASAP?"

Then there's her "bawal lumabas" statement from last year.

Kim's past relationship with Gerald Anderson also kept haunting her present.

The actress-tv host also received mixed reactions after Vice Ganda disapproved of her view on "justifying" cheating men.

Meanwhile, over the weekend, Kim interviewed one of the "Tawag Ng Tanghalan" finalists, Psalm Manalo.

"Ang ganda ng pangalan niya Ma, no," told Kim to Vice Ganda.

"Parang mga gospel yan sa Bible. Psalm 3:16 'For God so love the world He gave up his only son.'"

However, netizens were quick to call out Kim.

Apparently, there's no Psalm  3:16 because the third chapter only has eight verses.

As for the quote, it was actually from John 3:16 which read: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

Of course, Kim immediately apologized.

She also thanked those who corrected her.
