612 passers in August 2021 Licensure Examination for Social Workers

More than 600 individuals passed the August 2021 Licensure Examination for Social Workers.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Thursday, Sept. 2 announced that 612 out of 1,621 passed the said examination given by the Board for Social Workers in the cities of Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

The successful examinees who garnered the 10 highest places in the said examination are the following:

The PRC meantime, said that from Oct. 4 to 7, the registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line.

"Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration," it said.

Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification), two pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), two sets of documentary stamps and one piece short brown envelope.

PRC said successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

It added that the date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination will be announced later.
