EXCLUSIVE: Heaven Peralejo to do soul searching amid rumored breakup

She didn't exactly confirm her rumored split with Kiko Estrada but Heaven Peralejo said more than enough for us to create a fair assumption.

In an exclusive interview with Bulletin Entertainment, the actress revealed she has already booked a trip for somewhere eager as she is for some soul searching.

"Ito na 'to. 'Yun lang po masasabi ko," said she.

Note that the topic of soul searching was brought up relating to her upcoming WeTV original romantic comedy series "Pasabuy."

In there, she and leading man Gino Roque play two strangers who head out to a beach resort to escape their real lives and do a bit of soul searching.

Heaven is Anna, a young executive deciding on her next move.

Gino is John, an aspiring musician working on new songs.

Then the lockdown happens, and they find themselves stranded there.

The series puts a “lockdown twist” to the meet-cute trope with the pair virtually crossing paths at a community chatroom while placing their orders for necessities -- hence “pasabuy.”

When asked to describe her character, Heaven shared, "Si Ann kasi medyo baliw din sa pag-ibig like me. And it think there's nothing wrong sa pagiging baliw sa pag-ibig."

"Maganda lang dun kung paano din na realize ni Ann na, I think she deseves something more, more love. And para malaman niya kung ano 'yung deserve niyang love is kailangan niya muna ring hanapin 'yung sarili niya," Heaven continued.

"So she's finding herself din also. So ganun lang din si Ann."

Their similarities?

"Sawi nga sa pag-ibig," she teased.

"Same with Ann, naka realize din siya for her to know kung ano yung deserve niyang love. Mahalin sarili niya para at least pag may dumating, alam niya kung anong love yung deserve niya."

Asked to share an advice for people who are afraid to fall in love during this pandemic, Heaven stammered.

"Well, I guess, siguro for my relationship at that time... Hindi naman siya online... How can I say this..."

She would eventually apologize to us admitting she cannot answer the question fully.

If anything, Heaven noted that "communication" and "compromise" are among keys to a successful relationship.
