'One of the toughest challenges:' Enzo Pineda on being a Navy reservist

Actor Enzo Pineda is the latest celebrity to join the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) family as a reservist.

On Instagram, he uploaded behind-the-scene photos taken at his graduation rites as Navy reservist.

According to Enzo, it's always been a dream of him to serve the country and join the military.

"By far this is one of the toughest challenges I’ve ever done in my life," he declared.

"I thank God for giving me and my batchmates the strength and resilience to finish the course. I also thank my family for their support and for always inspiring me to become better. I’m excited for the new adventures that this path awaits me," Enzo added. "SSgt Pineda reporting for duty."

Among those who attended his graduation are his parents and girlfriend Michelle Vito.

Meanwhile, Enzo's colleagues in the AFP and showbiz, Matteo Guidicelli and Rocco Nacino, extended their congratulatory message for the milestone.

The likes of Winwyn Marquez, Ronnie Liang, Arci Muñoz, Dingdong Dantes, and Gerald Anderson, among others, have joined the AFP as reservists prior.
