Heart Evangelista suffers anxiety attack while doing live session with fans on IG

Fans were worried with the actress-singer suddenly cutting off her virtual chat with them.

Apparently, Heart Evangelista was having an anxiety attack.

She told fans, “I think I have to go. I need to calm down. I don’t like talking so much about… I have to go. Guys, thank you so much. I try to be as positive as possible and when I have a little bit of like, anxiety attack, I'll try to calm down so I’m gonna try to calm down. Sorry, I have to cut it."

Note that prior, the session was going smoothly. It was only when Heart was asked about anxiety attack that her mood changed.

She related, “Two days ago, I had a really, really, bad attack, it’s the first time I experienced that. Hindi ko alam kung bakit, wala naman akong problema. I felt like I was carrying a vault like my whole body, my arms were heavy. My leg, my feet, it was so hard to walk, I felt like I was getting almost paralyzed."

“I don’t want to talk about it, bad experience. I don’t want to talk about that part because it was new, I can’t handle it. Ayoko na,” she added.
