Gretchen Barretto to sister Claudine: 'You can just tell the truth'

Actress-socialite Gretchen Barretto has encouraged her younger sister Claudine to reveal the identity of the rumormonger responsible for spreading lies about her.


"Ba't hindi mo pa aminin babe kung sino. You can just tell the truth," Gretchen told Claudine during a live session recently.


Claudine went live on social media to deny rumors that she owes money to Jinkee Pacquiao, wife of boxing champ and Senator Manny Pacquiao.


"Wala po akong utang kay Jinkee. Pero marami akong utang na loob sa kanila," the younger Barretto said.


Claudine added: "So kung sinuman nagkakalat niyan, alam na namin kung sino."


"Nakakahiya kasi nada-drag na yung pangalan ni Jinkee kung sino man ang gumagawa nito. I want to clarify, wala po akong utang kahit kanino, pati kay Jinkee Pacquiao," she said.


Claudine said she asked permission from Jinkee to go live on social media to clear her name.


Later, Jinkee watched Claudine's live session and cleared her name.

"Thank you Mareng Jinkee for clearing my name," Claudine said.


"Hindi po ako mayaman pero hindi po ako waldas sa pera. Sana matapos na ang mga tsismis na yan," she added.


Claudine said that she's not as rich as her sister elder Gretchen.

Then Gretchen laughed and told Claudine: "Mayaman ka rin. Magastos ka lang."
