Las Piñas LGU offers home collection of specimens for COVID-19 test

The Las Piñas City government is offering home collection of specimens for COVID-19 test for senior citizens and persons with comorbidites, especially those who got exposed to infected household members.

Mayor Imelda Aguilar said the city government offers home collection of specimens for free RT-PCR and antigen tests.

Aguilar said the city government wanted to serve the senior citizens and persons with comorbidities through home-service COVID-19 testing to ensure that they are free from the virus.

She said residents who wish to take a COVID-19 test may call 09271400492 and 09271400498, from Monday to Friday, at 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The mayor said the testing to be done through home collection, either RT-PCR or antigen test, depends on the request of the residents.

Aguilar said swab testing is being done at Ligtas I Center and the antigen test at the Almanza Elementary School.

She also said residents may also call the hotline numbers 09564029964 and 09614260564 for their swab results.

The mayor also encourages all the residents to register to the city’s vaccination program to achieve its goal of “Ligtas na Las Piñero, Lahat Bakunado”.
