Jessica Soho backs out of Nas Academy

Multi-awarded broadcast journalist Jessica Soho would no longer pursue the Jessica Soho course in Nas Academy of controversial Palestinian-Israeli video blogger Nas Daily.

Jessica made the decision in a statement released by GMA Network.

“In light of recent events, and after our team’s series of communications with Nas Academy, we decided and mutually agreed not to pursue the Jessica Soho course," it read. "Nas Academy has informed us that they are working with the NCIP. We hope for the resolution of all issues raised.”

Nas Daily trended online after Whang-od’s grandniece Grace Palicas revealed that Nas Daily's Whang Od Academy is a “scam.”

In June, Nas Daily announced that Filipino personalities, including Jessica, Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, fashion designer Michael Cinco, and food vlogger Erwan Heussaff will be sharing their knowledge through the “Nas Academy.”

Aside from Jessica, Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray has stopped accepting new applicants for the Catriona Gray Academy until the issue has been fully resolved.
