Caloocan City to start ECQ cash assistance distribution on August 11

The Caloocan City government announced Monday that they will start the distribution of financial assistance to its qualified residents on Wednesday, August 11.

The cash aid from the national government will be given to residents affected by the reimposition of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in the National Capital Region (NCR) from August 6 to 20, 2021.

The distribution will be by schedule thru the barangay caravans.

“Makakatanggap ng text message mula sa USSC ang mga benepisyaryo kalakip ang reference number at schedule kung kailan dapat i-claim ang ayuda (The beneficiaries will receive a text message from USSC with reference number and schedule of the payout,” the local government announced in its Facebook page.

Each beneficiary will receive P1,000 per individual up to P4,000 per family.

The city has already received P1.3 billion financial assistance from the national government.
