A solo winner in San Jose, Batangas bagged the P77.1-million Lotto 6/42 jackpot prize, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced on Friday, Aug 6.

In a Facebook post, PCSO said that the winning ticket correctly guessed the jackpot combination 11 - 33 - 08 - 29 - 07 - 19 for the Lotto 6/42 in a draw on Aug. 5.
Based on the summary of winners, the winning ticket for the Lotto 6/42 won a total jackpot prize of P77,160,882.40.
There also 106 second prize winners who will receive P24,000 each.
PCSO said that winners need to go to its main office in Mandaluyong City and present the winning tickets along with two identification cards to claim their prizes.
The public was also reminded that prizes that are above P10,000.00 will be subject to 20 percent tax pursuant to TRAIN Law.
PCSO said that the prizes that were not claimed within one year from date of draw will be “considered forfeited” based on the Republic Act No. 1169.
Meanwhile, PCSO announced that there was no winner for the Superlotto 6/49 with a jackpot prize of P40,001,165.60. The winning combination was 12 - 22 - 25 - 26 - 11 - 04.
While there was no major prize winner for the Superlotto 6/49, PCSO said that there were 55 second prize winners set to receive P50,000.00 each.
There were also no major prize winners for the 6D Lotto, 3D Lotto, and 2D Lotto.
