LJ Reyes reveals breakup with Paolo Contis 'difficult, painful'

It's confirmed: Kapuso star LJ Reyes admitted that she and actor Paolo Contis have separated.

"It was so difficult, it was so painful," said Reyes, during a teaser for the talk show "The Interviewer" hosted by Boy Abunda.

"Kung hindi malakas ’yung pananampalataya ko sa Panginoon, hindi ko alam kung saan ako pupulutin," said an emotional Reyes.

Asked who initiated the split, Reyes said: "Matagal ko nang nararamdaman na parang nakahiwalay na siya sa amin.”

The full interview on Reyes will be released on Sept. 1.
