Fully vaccinated Kim Domingo gets emotional after contracting COVID-19

Sexy actress Kim Domingo couldn't help but feel emotional after she tested positive for COVID-19, despite taking all the necessary precautions to avoid getting infected.

"First of all, hindi ko inexpect na tatamaan pa ako. Pinagtatawanan na nga ako sa sobrang pag disinfect at pagiingat na ginagawa ko. Kumpleto din ako ng vitamins at fully vaccinated," Kim shared. (I didn't expect this because I have been fully vaccinated).

Because of her condition, Kim won't be able to do her next TV project.

"Hindi ko na din po magagawa ang #LoveDieRepeat, ito sana ang pagbabalik ko sa TV simula nagka pandemic dahil hindi po ako tumanggap ng trabaho sa labas. Work from home ako palagi. Natatakot ako maglock-in taping pero dahil nabakunahan na ako, mas napanatag ako saka namimiss ko na ang pag arte," she said. (I won't be able to do Love.Die.Repeat anymore. This would have been my TV comeback).

"Grabe ang iyak ko nung nalaman ko na hindi na ako makakasama sa show. Napaka wrong timing. Pero inisip ko nalang, may dahilan kung bakit nangyari ito. May ibang plano siguro si LORD para sa akin." (I really cried. I guess the Lord has other plans for me).

Kim related she doesn't have any idea how she got the virus.

"…isa lang ang malinaw sakin. Kahit anong ingat mo, pwedeng pwede ka tamaan ng COVID. Hindi natin sya nakikita. Kaya kung meron kayo pagkakataon na magpa bakuna, magpa bakuna kayo. Isa din ako sa mga takot na takot magpabakuna dati. Sabi ko hindi ko ilalagay sa katawan ko yan. Ako pa naman yung tipo ng tao na mahilig magsearch at magbasa basa. Sabi ko di bale nalang, pero hindi talaga ako papabakuna. Madami ako nakausap, naexplain sakin ng maayos. Nakwento din nila kung ano mga experience nila after magpa vaccine. Isang araw narealize ko na gusto ko na magpabakuna, then kami ng family ko nagpabakuna na. (Get vaccinated. I was able to talk to some people after they got jabbed. I also did some research on the vaccine).

"Inisip ko, kesa naman ako ang mahirapan, pati mga mahal ko sa buhay pag tinamaan kami ng COVID. Makakatulong ang bakuna para mabawasan ang severity ng COVID."

Kim is thankful that she only experienced mild symptoms. Up to now, she lost her senses of taste and smell.

"Pero still malakas pa din ako kumain. Mas okay na pakiramdam ko. Pahinga lang at iwas ma- stress. Tuloy tuloy pa din ako sa pagiingat, pag di-disinfect, hindi din po ako lumalabas. Tatapusin ko po ang aking home quarantine hanggang sa ako ay mag negative na sa virus. Salamat din sa mga nagpa abot ng kanilang message at pag aalala. Love you all! Stay safe po sa lahat!" (I eat a lot these days. And I feel better now. I just rest and I try to reduce stress. Thank you everyone for all the love and support).
