Shell and Linya-Linya offer inspiring shirts on National Heroes Day

When heroes don’t wear capes, they wear inspirational statement shirts and get vaccinated against COVID-19 instead.

This National Heroes Day, anyone can be a hero as energy leader, Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation, honors the Bakunadong Bayani, the everyday Filipino who keeps our nation moving forward during these difficult times.

With the Ingat Angat Bakuna Lahat campaign– Shell developed the Bakunadong Bayani offer that seeks to delight vaccinated Filipinos who visit Shell stations, and give the opportunity to those waiting for theirs, to participate in spreading the positive message that by choosing to get vaccinated and following safety practices, we can all get through this together.

Collaborating with popular statement shirt brand Linya-Linya, Shell saw National Heroes Day as the perfect opportunity to share lines of hope and optimism with two limited run shirt designs. Linya-Linya's two unique designs, "Harapin ang Hinaharap" and "Looking Forward, Forward-Looking" were inspired by Shell’s call to action to keep moving the Philippines forward. This Shell Go+ exclusive is available for a limited time only on the Shell Go+ app for just 600 points.

Tin Cerezo, Payments and Loyalty Manager, said the latest collaboration aims to remind every Filipino to continuously do their part in keeping communities safe and having a positive outlook amidst the challenges we face. “We have had many stumbling blocks in the past months, including the recent emergence of new virus variants, but we cannot give up. In every Filipino is a hero, isang bayani, who with his or her choice to get vaccinated and practice proper safety protocols protects his loved ones, and the people around him,” Cerezo said.

The Shell and Linya-Linya statement shirts can be redeemed exclusively through the Shell Go+ app with a special 50% discount during the Shell Bakunadong Bayani promotion. Other special offers can be claimed by presenting COVID vaccination cards at participating Shell stations. These include discounts on Shell fuels, Shell Select, and road warriors can get FREE 1L fuel with select Shell Lubricants purchase. The Shell-Saludo sa mga Bakunado promo runs from August 23-September 12, 2021.
