San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan mayor announces checkpoints at boundaries with NCR

Four areas at the boundaries of Bulacan province with Metro Manila now have quarantine control checkpoints which have been installed to restrict people's movements amid threats of the Delta variant of COVID-19.

San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan Mayor Arthur Robes said in a Facebook post that people should expect checkpoints in the following areas, as mandated by the Department of Interior and Local Government:

• Sapang Alat Bridge, Brgy. San Manuel

• Evergreen Subdivision, Barangay Gaya-gaya

• ​Harmony Hills Bridge, Barangay Muzon

• ​Dela Costa Homes 4, Brgy. Graceville

The city mayor asked for cooperation from his constituents as the checkpoints are part of the reimposition of the Enhanced Community Quarantine in the National Capital Region.

He also advised his constituents to prepare their company IDs and other IDs that will show that they are Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APORs) to ensure their smooth exit and entry into the city.
