A peek at the star-studded cast and an answer to an intergalactic question

From Academy Award-winning director Chloe Zhao, “Eternals” is a film about a race of immortals who go by the same name as the movie’s title and who have secretly lived on Earth for thousands of years only to suddenly emerge from hiding to protect the planet from their evil counterparts, the so-called Deviants. Marvel Studios’ new superhero film is set for a big screen release on Nov. 5, 2021.

The cast is of incredible depth, led by Gemma Chan as Sersi, Richard Madden as Ikaris, Angelina Jolie as Thena, Kumali Nanjiani as Kingo, Lia McHugh as Sprite, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Barry Keoghan as Druig, Don Lee as Gilgamesh, Salma Hayek as Ajak, with Kit Harrington, Gil Birmingham, and Harish Patel.
From the trailer, we can catch a glimpse of an answer as to why they left the Avengers all alone, not interfering with human affairs.
