This 8-year-old art lover surprises his sisters with a YT plaque made from carton
More than making her sisters happy, Karl Andrey Camannong wants to show that he believes in them.
Every vlogger dreams to one day receive their first YouTube (YT) play button plaque. It signifies that a YouTuber’s channel has 100,000 subscribers. But vlogger twins Kisha Angeli and Kisha Angela Camannong couldn’t be happier and prouder even though they only have less than 200 subscribers because they received a play button plaque made from a cardboard box. It was gift from their little brother Karl Andrey.

Angeli uploaded the photo of his brother with the surprise plaque on a Facebook art group yesterday, Aug. 17, 2021, when she only had 58 subscribers. She wrote in her caption how they are blessed to have a family that supports their craft. And receiving the unexpected play button served as proof of how Andrey admires their work and their effort in making YT videos.
Angeli’s YT channel Kisha’s Arts features short clips of her drawings and calligraphy, mostly done on paper using different materials such as pentel pens, pencil colors, crayons, and poster paint. On the other hand, the Cuttesty channel of her sister Angela showcases her digital drawings of anime characters.
According to Angeli, Andrey is really fond of turning paper boxes he gets from their mini-grocery store into Minecraft items. But everyone in the family was surprised by what he did. “Gusto ko lang po mapasaya sila ate. At malaki po tiwala ko na dadami din subscriber nila, kasi maganda ang ginagawa nila (I just wanted to make my sisters happy. And I also believe that their subscribers will grow because what they’re doing is amazing),” says Andrey.

Apart from working with cartons, Andrey also loves to draw like her eldest sisters. So far, his favorite is drawing nature on paper using poster paints.
The very young artist bonds with his sisters through paintings. They spend most of their time at home in Padapada, Santa Ignacia, Tarlac. One of their cherished artwork is a painting on a used compact disk (CD).

Their father Ricardo says that the siblings have been improving their skills ever since the lockdowns were implemented. “Pero, si Andrey sumasali at nanalo na sa mga art competition sa school noong nasa Day Care pa siya (But Andrey has been joining and winning art competitions in school ever since he was in Day Care),” the proud father beams.
More than supporting the twins' YT channels, netizens find Andrey sweet and consider the carton play button he created more precious than the real one.
