'MIRACLES DO HAPPEN:' Ai Ai delas Alas thankful after son survives car crash in US

Comedienne Ai-Ai delas Alas took to social media to give thanks to the Lord after her son survived a car crash in the US.

"Walang galos pasa lang sa hips … kotse nahulog sa bangin … I PRAISE AND GLORIFY YOU LORD GOD.. salamat sa kabutihan mo at sa milagro ito sa buhay namin … salamat sa pangalawang buhay ng anak ko si shaun … i love you GOD,, i love you LORD JESUS … i love you Shaun Nicolo," (No bruises. But his car plunged into a ravine. Thank you, Lord God, for my son Shaun's second life)," Ai Ai wrote on Instagram.

Ai Ai said that her son Nicolo was brought to the hospital where he underwent x-ray procedures after the car accident.

Following laboratory tests, Nicolo did not suffer major internal damage in the body, according to the Kapuso star.

"Wala po na damage internally. Bruise lang po sa hips," Nicolo wrote.

Ai AI wrote in a separate post: "Salamat PANGINOON , salamat mahal na INA MAMA MARY , salamat sa guardian ANGEL RAMONA ni nicki .. salamat sa 911 at mga pulis na tumulong sa anak ko ... na hit and run kotse nya at nahulog sa bangin pero sa milagro ng DYOS walang galos anak ko pero pina xray pa din sya para malaman namin kung wala stang internal damage sa katawan nya pero grabe LORD salamat po sa pag liligtas sa anak ko .. walang hanggang pasasalamat."

Nicolo is the son of Ai Ai and former husband, balladeer Miguel Vera. He has been based in the US since 2012. Nicolo has a sister, Sophia.
