Popular broadcaster Korina Sanchez-Roxas has reminded the public that Aug. 18 is National Aspin Day!

On Instagram, Korina proudly showed her lovable home pets consisting of 3 schnauzers, a pom, a chihuahua, a shihtzu, 2 labs and 2 aspins.

"Dami ba? If I could have more I would!" Korina wrote.

Korina also revealed that she has rescued dogs and some cats from the streets to a small shelter she operates.

"I care for them and get them adopted into loving homes," she added.

"Did you even know? Yep! August is officially National Dog Month! And August 18, today, is National Aspin Month!


"I have many rescued dogs and some cats, from the streets to a small shelter I operate. I care for them and get them adopted into loving homes.


"But in this photo are my home pets! Dami ba? If I could have more I would! 3 schnauzers, a pom, a chihuahua, a shihtzu, 2 labs and… 2 aspins I rescued from the streets! Princess and Trina all the more convince me that aspins could be the most loving, loyal, smart and resilient dogs you could have in your family. Life has been so much richer because of my adopted rescues.

"If you want more love in your life and would like to give a poor, loving hut homeless rescued aspin a family, email me at [email protected]. We will make it easy for you and I give away an adoption kit pa to the adopter.

"Complete w dog bed, bowls, collar and leash, vitamins etc! I'll wait for your emails ok? Will soon post photos of our adoptables."
