Steffi Aberasturi grateful for winning MUPh runway challenge, creative memes

Steffi Rose Aberasturi of Cebu said she is grateful for the support of fans in the pre-pageant activity of Miss Universe Philippines 2021.

On Sunday, Steffi won the Runway Challenge for the MUPh. Her number of followers on Instagram also crossed the 100,000 mark. She also appreciated the creative memes of her runway video.

"We shine brighter together!

"Words can not justify how thankful and overjoyed I am for all the support. From reaching 100k followers on Instagram, seeing all the creative memes, being in awe of the fierce versions of the #unsteffablewalk, to ending the week with winning a challenge among this sisterhood of such strong and inspiring women - the overwhelming flow of love truly makes my heart full.

"We, the contestants of MUP, have given our all to this pageant, so that at the end of the day, we can put a smile on everyone's faces amidst this trying time."

"Despite all the challenges that come our way, let's not forget to be thankful, be happy, and to always bring joy to others."

From 75, the number of candidates will be narrowed down to 50 on Sunday, Aug. 22. In the coming weeks, organizers will announce the 30 official candidates of MUPh 2021.

The grand finals will be held on Sept. 25.
