The boys in black and yellow swept all their three matches to claim the top seed in Group A with nine points.

Bren battered EGO of Vietnam (13-9 in Haven; 13-9 in Ascent) as well as CBT Gaming of Taiwan (13-4 in Haven; 18-16 in Bind) in the first two days of the 16-team regional tournament.

Come the playoffs scheduled on Thursday until Sunday, the Philippine Challengers 1 champion will gun for one of the two tickets to the Masters Berlin next month.

Meanwhile, the other PH representatives in Galaxy Racer and Oasis Gaming are still fighting for their seats in the playoffs.

As of writing time, GXR is at No. 2 in Group C with two points and +4 round difference while Oasis is at No. 4 in Group D with a lone marker and -22. Only the top two teams in each group will advance to the playoffs.
