Miss Supranational PH 2021 Dindi Pajares' dress is made by a senior high school designer

She wore it during the Miss Elegance competition of the Miss Supranational 2021 pageant

Philippine representative in the Miss Supranational 2021 pageant Dindi Pajares snagged the first runner-up spot in one of the competition's pre-pageant activities, which is the Miss Elegance contest. Winning it is Karla Guilfu of Puerto Rico, and following Dindi is second runner-up Eonna Constanza of Dominican Republic.

There are many factors that play in the success of a beauty queen, one of them are the pieces she wears. In Dindi's case, her fuschia gown helped her stand out in the recent runway show in Malopolska, Poland. While the gown she wore truly looks like a master couturier's work, the Filipino beauty queen reveals on Instagram that it was crafted by a young designer from Bataan, senior high school student Angeiline Texon.

"This gown has a very humbling story. Despite constraints in resources, Angeiline Texon, a senior high school designer from Bataan, province of the Philippines, was able to make this work of art come to life," Dindi posted. "This was made only for two days, shortly before I left for Poland, using a sewing machine donated by the government (4P's - Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program) to the poor constituents."

"It warms my heart that such simple pieces achieve tremendous feats and are recognized internationally," she ends.

By the looks of it, that dress is definitely a stunner!
