Malacañang was still mum about President Duterte's recent blind item about an unnamed mayor, saying it was up to the latter if he wanted to identify the local chief executive or not.

Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque made the statement after Makabayan lawmakers said Duterte was attacking Manila Mayor Isko Moreno because the supposedly President saw him as a threat to a "Duterte Dynasty" by 2022.
Some people believed Duterte was referring to Moreno, a former actor, when the President slammed the unnamed mayor for his sexy photos during his last public address on August 9.
In his press briefing on Thursday, August 12, Roque said he did not hear Duterte say anything about the Manila mayor.
"Wala po akong narinig na pambabatikos laban kay Mayor Isko na nanggaling sa bibig ni Presidente (I have not heard President Duterte criticize Mayor Isko)," he said.
The Palace official said it was up to the President if he wanted to disclose the identity of the official he was referring to.
"I will leave at what the President said. I am only a spokesperson, I cannot rise above my source and the President is my source," Roque said.
"That (disclosing the identity) is up to him)," he added.
On Monday, President Duterte removed the unnamed mayor's authority to distribute financial assistance and ordered the departments of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to take charge of the activity.
According to Roque, he was unsure if President Duterte took back his order to the two departments.
Duterte on Monday further slammed the local chief executive by bringing up his past sexy photos, including one where the latter was supposedly wearing only his underwear and look inside it. He said the mayor had training for "call boys."
