A foreign male passenger was collared by Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) personnel after he suddenly stripped down to his birthday suit and ran naked on the rail tracks of Boni Avenue Station.

In a statement, MRT-3 OIC General Manager Eymard D. Eje said the passenger was undergoing routine checks by security personnel before entering the station at 5:35 a.m on Thursday, Aug. 12, when he removed his clothes, ran, and then jumped on the tracks heading toward Shaw Boulevard station.
He did this in full view of the other passengers at the station.
Eje said four station security personnel immediately chased the man and alerted the staff at Shaw Boulevard station regarding the situation.
The passenger was eventually caught and turned over to the Mandaluyong Police Station for investigation.
According to Eje, the MRT-3 management will file a case of alarm and scandal against the foreigner, whose identity was withheld.
A video of the naked man running on the rail tracks was uploaded on Facebook and has since gone viral with over 170,000 views as of writing.
Meanwhile, netizens poked fun at the incident and likened the naked man to a “Titan”, which are the giant humanoid monsters that always run around naked in the popular apocalyptic animé, “Attack on Titan".
