One Hospital Command Center head tests positive for COVID-19
The operations manager of One Hospital Command Center (OHCC), the country's centralized coronavirus (COVID-19) referral system, has tested positive for the virus.

"Ako po ay positive din po for COVID (I tested positive for COVID-19)," OHCC Operations Manager Dr. Benadett Velasco said in an interview with TeleRadyo on Tuesday, Aug. 10.
Velasco said she is currently staying at an isolation facility where asymptomatic patients are placed.
"Pero still working pa rin po para at least ma-busy naman tayo habang nag-isolate lang (But I'm still working to keep myself occupied while isolating)," she added.
The OHCC is a healthcare referral network linked with service providers such as hospitals, quarantine facilities, and medical transportation.
Earlier, the Department of Health (DOH) said the number of people calling OHCC to seek medical assistance is rising once again amid the threat of the Delta variant.
