Kylie Padilla talks about healing amid breakup with husband Aljur Abrenica

It seems like Kylie Padilla is giving herself some confidence with some words of encouragement.

Following the revelation of her dad Robin Padilla about her marital woes, the 28-year-old actress posted a quote about healing.

"True change starts from within," the post read.

"We cannot create the life we strive for if we do not first change internally. Keep discarding the habits that are stalling you. Discover new ways in which you can improve your days. Introspect yourself for emotional blockages and find ways to heal. You got this."

Recall that Robin revealed in an interview with Ogie Diaz that a "third party" caused the split of Kylie and her husband Aljur Abrenica.

In a statement sent to GMA News on July, Kylie asked for privacy as her family goes through the process of recovering, healing, and moving on.

Recall that rumors about the breakup started circulating early this year after Kylie shared cryptic posts.

Some months later, Aljur broke his silence about it.

Kylie and Aljur have been together for more than a decade.

After an on-and-off relationship, they tied the knot in 2018.

The couple have two children.
