Lee Dong Wook, Kim Go Eun's star-studded variety show flops on JTBC

The combined star power of “Goblin” stars Lee Dong Wook and Kim Go Eun, actor Yoon Jong Shin and“Penthouse’s” Lee Ji Ah, with the addition of Kpop superstars Onew of SHINEE, and Suhyun of AKMU did not seem to impress viewers as their latest show continued to sink in ratings.

According to a report by Nielsen Korea, the JTBC variety show “The Sea I Wished For” only recorded 1.394 percent for its July 6th episode. It was even lower than the previous episode’s rating of 1.482 percent.

The program’s concept features the healing journey of the stars as they enjoy good music and cook for customers by the seaside.

Lee Dong Wook recently completed his fantasy drama “Tale of the Nine Tailed” while Kim Go Eun has been cast in the lead role of “Yumi’s Cells”, an adaptation of a wbcomic of the same name.
