Janus del Prado defends Bea Alonzo

It seems that actor Janus del Prado is not happy with some critics trashing Bea Alonzo in social media follwing her decision to transfer to GMA7.

He wrote in a recent post, "Ano kinalaman nung Farm niya sa paglipat niya? Regalo mo ba sa kanya yun Direk? Kailangan niya rin bang tanawin na utang na loob yun? Pinagpuyatan, pinaghirapan at pinag-ipunan niya yun. Kung manunumbat make sure may karapatan manumbat. Kala mo naman malaki naitulong mo sa career niya..."

He also talked about how "loyalty works."

"Bago niyo nga pala sabihan na hindi marunong tumanaw ng utang na loob yung tao, make sure na may utang na loob na kailangan tanawin. It's not like they gave her handouts, pinaghirapan niya naman kung nasan siya ngayon. At kumita din naman sila ng malaki sa karera niya."

Janus then pointed out how "gratitude is given, not demanded."

"At ibinigay niya naman iyon," he related. "Stop this guilt trip bullshit sa mga umalis at lumipat. Kailangan namin magtrabaho para sa sarili at mga taong umaasa sa amin."

"Kikitid ng utak amp*ta," he added. "Balakayojan."

Many believe this is Janus' reply to director-producer Erick C. Salud's recent tweet, which seemingly alluded to Bea's transfer.

Erick’s tweet read: “So ayun nga. Lumipat nga ang isang aktres. Bakit kaya? Eh may project siya na nasimulan at na promote na prior pandemic. (Tapos) say niya, di pa siya ready mag shooting. Ayun pala lilipat. AAAARTE!!!! Naghihirap ba siya? Eh may big farm nga. Kaloka siya!!!”

Recall that early this year, Janus shared that he's saying goodbye to Star Magic, his talent-management firm for the past two decades.
