Iya Villania on short haircut: 'Pogi ba?'

After cutting her hair short, Kapuso television host Iya Villania was mistaken for the opposite sex.


On Instagram, Iya shared about hearing the conversation of security guards over their radios.

One of the guards said that Iya looks like a boy with her hair.

Reacting to the guards' conversation, Iya wrote: "Pogi ba?"

In March, Iya said that her husband's hair is longer than hers.


"I’ve always wanted to try short hair! Glad I finally worked up the courage to!," she said.

Iya encouraged netizens to try different hairstyles.

"If you’ve been wanting to try short hair but afraid of looking like a boy, JUST DO IT! It feels great and no matter what, you’re gonna find a way to make it work anyway! So if you want to try something new that you’ve always been afraid to do, DO IT NOW! It’s the best time to!"
