From one athlete to another, "Laban, lang!"

Another great news as our very own female boxer Nesthy Petecio gets into the next round with the possibility of bringing home another gold for us. Hidilyn Diaz, who's now quarantined back in the Philippines, greeted her via a video post over on her manager Noel Ferrer's account which she reposted on her Instagram stories.

"Good work, Nesthy! Proud na proud kami sa iyo. Galing mo!" She continued, "We'll keep praying for you. Laban lang, huwag kang sumuko. Laban, Team Pilipinas. Go for Gold. Kaya mo 'yan!"

Noel also posted with the hashtag "Ate ng mga Atleta (big sister of the athletes)", referring to the supportive Hidilyn Diaz.
