The recent virtual 16th Retail Asia Awards 2021 gives tribute to the region's most outstanding retail stores for its efforts. Watsons Philippines won the Marketing Initiative of the Year award for its “Stay Strong and Beautiful” campaign.

Three hundred influencers who joined the campaign and a reach of over 31 million unique users in Facebook, Instagram, and Google combined. Even the Watsons e-catalogue reacher 18.7 million users!
This was the time when the pandemic recently started, and Watsons was able to adapt quickly by reminding people how important it is to take care of one's health. Offering both their website and the call-the-delivery service, they were able to give access to those who need their products of self-care, personal care, and protection.
Listening to its consumers, Watsons also opened 67 physical stores. They also launched the new Watsons Generics
products such as rubbing alcohol, effervescent, generic vitamins, and supplements to continuously
meet the consumers' demands.
