LOOK: 'Astig' prenuptial shoot in jail setting

Love happens when you least expect it.

When jail custodian Jobert Malabago and jail nurse Junamar Torregue met at work—in Lapu-Lapu city's Office of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP)—last year, little did they know that cupid had something up his sleeve. And yes, they're now engaged and soon to be married.

With all the restrictions due to the COVID-19, they had to shoot within the jail facility. "The prenup concept was a collaboration of ideas and efforts of our coordinators and photographer after we shared our love story which took place during pandemic and under jail lockdown," the couple told Manila Bulletin Lifestyle.

Thanks to Soulful Studio, the fruit of this collaboration were photos that portrayed their love story very well. "We actually loved the whole shoot since we really enjoyed it. The shoot took us a whole day and ended around 6PM," they said.

The couple is all set for their wedding on August 22, and they leave this advice to those who are planning their prenup shoot, "Simply share your love story to make it more memorable and soulful."
