Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso inspected the University of Sto. Tomas Practice Gym which was launched as the city’s newest vaccination site on Monday, July 26.

Domagoso was joined by Vice Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan during his visit.
The local officials were welcomed by university officials and UST Rector Fr. Richard Ang, O.P.
“We’ll continue to adapt no matter what. Come hell or high water, we have to vaccinate,” Domagoso told Ang.
“We’ll continue to send the vaccine as long as we have it,” he added.
Ang thanked the mayor for choosing UST to be a vaccination site.
“We look forward to more partnerships with the local government and the university,” Ang told Domagoso.
Domagoso, in a message to reporters, said anybody who works in the city and is doing business in the city can get their vaccines at UST.
UST’s official student publication, The Varsitarian, had earlier reported that university students, teachers, staff, and their respective families, including those residing outside Manila, are eligible for vaccination at the Practice Gym.
“They are required to pre-register via manilacovid19vaccine.ph and put UST as their home address,” The Varsitarian reported.
