On July 26, 2021, politicians and action leaders converged to the Batasang Pambansa to listen to President Rodrigo Duterte's sixth and final State of the Nation Address (SONA). But before all ears are given to the President's speech, all eyes first marvel at the fashion that's happening on the afternoon's red carpet and on social media platforms.

As usual female leaders didn't disappoint when it comes to rocking the butterfly sleeves with style. From chic celebration of the country's textiles to vibrant and playful designs, here are some of the best ternos and Filipinianas that graced President Duterte's last SONA.
