These areas in QC are not passable to all types of vehicles, as per MMDA


Several areas in Quezon City have been identified by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) as "not passable to all types of vehicles" due to floods caused by the monsoon rains.

A series of flood advisories released by the MMDA beginning at past 9 a.m. Sunday, July 25 placed the following areas under this category:

Maria Clara to NS Amoranto (waist-deep flood), Araneta P. Florentino to Del monte (waist-deep), Gumamela Brgy Roxas (man-deep), West Riverside Barangay Del monte (waist to chest deep), and ERB Araneta (knee to waist deep).

Meanwhile, other areas in Quezon City such as Araneta Victory, Araneta Caliraya to Kitanlad, Agno Street Tatalon, and Victo Street Tatalon were all monitored to have knee-high floods. They were described as "not passable to light vehicles" by the MMDA.

Other areas in Metro Manila that light vehicles can't traverse as a result of the floods are as follows: Oliveros Tangos (knee-deep) and City Hall Almasen (knee-deep), both in Navotas City; Karangalan Stree, Kalusugan Street, De la paz (knee-deep) in Pasig City; and Rizal Avenue General Luna (knee-deep), Panghulo (knee-deep), and Maria Clara Acacia (knee-deep) in Malabon City.
