GMA News airs Pres. Duterte's last SONA on Monday

SONA 2021 The GMA News Special Coverage

On Monday (July 26), the Philippines’ most trusted broadcast news organization—GMA News—airs President Rodrigo Duterte’s sixth and last State of the Nation Address (SONA) live and in full on GMA and GTV.

GMA’s “SONA 2021: The GMA News Special Coverage” begins with Unang Hirit's Unang Balita providing an overview of what to expect when President Duterte addresses the entire nation for the last time.

Highlights of the President’s speech, as well as the biggest news in and out of Congress, follow on GMA-7’s flagship newscast 24 Oras and late-night newscast Saksi.

At the same time, GTV news programs Dobol B sa GTV, Balitanghali, and State of the Nation keep viewers updated all throughout the day.

GMA Network’s flagship AM radio station Super Radyo DZBB 594khz and Super Radyo stations nationwide bring to listeners the biggest news and latest information on the President's SONA all throughout the day via “SONA 2021: Super Radyo DZBB and Dobol B TV Special Coverage.”

The Network’s regional arm—GMA Regional TV (RTV)—is also set to bring the latest SONA updates to Kapuso viewers in the regions, via “SONA 2021: The GMA Regional TV Special Coverage.” Bringing the coverage to different provinces in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao are its local news programs GMA RTV Balitang Amianan (North Central Luzon), GMA Regional TV Balitang Bicolandia (Bicol region), GMA RTV Balitang Bisdak (Central and Eastern Visayas), GMA RTV One Western Visayas (Western Visayas), and GMA RTV One Mindanao (North, Central, South Central, Western, and Southern Mindanao).
