Kapuso singer-actress Julie Anne San Jose was recently featured on the digital billboard of Times Square in New York.

The advertisement aims to promote her music streaming platform “Equal'' campaign which focuses on women empowerment.

On Instagram, Julie deemed it as "a dream come true."

"WE MADE IT TO TIMES SQUARE, NEW YORK!!! Just.. SURREAL. Big thank you @spotify!"

She also thanked her fans for "undying support and love."

"Please continue to support all artists from around the world by checking out the @Spotify Equal Playlist and listening to the music of all these amazing and talented women."

According to Julie, she could not have made it without those people who believed in her.

"Maraming maraming salamat at mahal ko kayong lahat!"

Other Filipino celebrities featured on Times Square were Reese Lansangan, James Reid, Nadine Lustre, Heart Evangelista, and Mariel de Leon.
