Nico Antonio headline's 'From Russia With Love' episode in 'Magpakailanman'

Nico Antonio headlines “From Russia With Love: The Eric Baylosis/Anna Rabtsun Baylosis Story,” the fresh episode of GMA-7’s weekly drama anthology “Magpakailanman” this Saturday, July 24, 8 p.m.

The episode features the story of a simple Pinoy whom a Russian model falls in love with. The #MPK stint is actually Nico’s first major appearance in a TV drama anthology.

“Mahirap pala. Not just physically but also mentally and psychologically. Matindi ang pressure and kailangan always on your toes. No room for mistakes,” he said.

Nico added he was touched by the story so much that it moved him to tears while reading the script. “First time ever na nangyari sa akin ‘yung ganito. Kaya I am very grateful sa GMA for this opportunity,” he shared.

Kapuso actress Max Collins plays the role of Nico’s wife under the able direction of Don Michael Perez.

A freelance artist being managed by Becky and Katrina Aguila, Nico is currently in a month-long lock-in taping for a new series that’s still under wraps. With assignments left and right, Nico said he is grateful to Star Magic and ABS-CBN for honing his talent in acting.
