#WalangPasok: UST suspends classes due to inclement weather
The University of Santo Tomas (UST) has suspended face-to-face classes and office work on Wednesday, July 21, due to inclement weather.

Asynchronous activities may be given to continue education delivery, UST announced.
Meanwhile, Colegio de San Juan de Letran-Bataan and San Sebastian College likewise suspended office works on Wednesday.
The University of the Philippines-Manila also announced the cancelation of face-to-face and online classes.
Miriam College also canceled on-site works and advised its employees to go home immediately to avoid being stranded due to flash floods.
Typhoon Fabian and severe tropical Storm Cempaka are continuously enhancing the southwest monsoon or "habagat."
Light to moderate monsoon rains are expected in Metro Manila, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Apayao, Benguet, Ifugao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, and the northern portion of Palawan, including Calamian and Kalayaan Islands.
