PRC sets online oathtaking of metallurgical engineers on July 30

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said passers of the Metallurgical Engineers Licensure Examination from previous years until July 2021 will have their online oathtaking on July 30.

The Commission said the online oathtaking at 3 p.m. will be spearheaded by PRC Baguio through Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

"Inductees shall wear a formal or business attire and use a white backdrop (white physical or virtual background) throughout the oathtaking ceremony," it said.

"Please secure an online appointment schedule at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select 'e-OATH' as transaction," added PRC.

PRC said the online registration will close five calendar days before the virtual oathtaking day.

It reminded inductees to print the "Oath of Professional" form that is downloadable at the PRC Online Services.
